There are finally enough flowers in my yard for it to feel like spring. My early spring bulbs are mostly eaten by critters, although the scilla bifolia colors the whole yard early.  And I gorge on Hellebores since the deer don't eat them.  My Daphne is just hanging on.  But now I have primroses, pulmonaria, cyclamen, and tonnes of bulbs.  Better yet, the natives are really showing up.  Toothwort is... read more
